Our story began in 2021 in the wake of the pandemic, as uncertainty caused chaos across many industries, it also provided opportunities. What started with several commercial finish-outs quickly snowballed into a steady stream of work. Nick has always had the passion for construction, and this provided an avenue for him to stay plenty busy.

Nick ferrata
Nick is a graduate of Texas A&M University, class of 2003. After college, he owned and operated Ferrata Music Group, a booking & management agency for country music artists. Later, he transitioned to a career in hospitality, where he was the General Manager at La Quinta Hotels and opened the first Del Sol prototype in the US in South College Station. He served as Vice President of the Brazos Valley Lodging Association during his time there, which advocated on behalf of a hotels in a quickly-developing city.

Nick and his wife Coreena own Coreena's Bridal in College Station and Georgetown, TX. When they're not working, they are likely traveling or spoiling their dogs.
